You have to commit to a plan if you want to realize results within your timelines. Skipping classes will slow down your progress. Sometimes you will have to start all over again if you halt for long. There are some instances where you can take compulsory breaks due to injuries. Avoid overstretching yourself when you are doing your workouts and reduce the risk of fractures. Ensure that you have enough time at your disposal before you sign up for the classes. Come up with a flexible plan and alert your instructor in advance when you are not available for training.
